Rise Productions partners with carefully selected host hotels for each event. These partnerships help us secure premier competition venues, provide quality coach and athlete experiences, and keep registration costs as affordable as possible for all participating programs.
Programs traveling more than 90 miles from the competition venue are expected to participate in the Official Event Hotel Program. As a general guideline, we ask programs to reserve approximately one hotel reservation for every four athletes through the official hotel block.
Booking through the official hotel block directly supports your program and helps ensure Rise Productions can continue offering high-quality venues, coach hospitality, and exceptional event experiences year after year.
Families are welcome to use reward points, vacation rentals, or alternative accommodations if they prefer. However, those reservations may not count toward your program’s hotel participation requirement.
